Applications of space science and space technology to life sciences: a model for future research commercialization efforts

much current attention has been directed toward efforts to facilitate the development of commercial applications for innovative research and new technologies. The interface between space research/technology and the life sciences soffers a case study of an approach to research commercialization which can serve as an effective model for other fields of scientific research and technology development.
