This article describes a new trend in computer network-the development of intelligent network, definitely speaking, since 1983, scholars from China and Japan have begun to develop the international co-operation project. It is a high technology project. Based on this, we will inquire into intelligent network's definition, structure, basic concept and its perspectives.
