Single-carrier block transmission (SCBT) is being considered as an optional technique for the wireless personal area network (WPAN) and its capacity can be enhanced clearly by the cooperative scheme.High data rate transmission with SCBT requires the channel state information (CSI),and therefore channel estimation for cooperative communication can be a challenging problem.This paper investigates the time-domain channel estimation for the amply-and-forward (AF) cooperative channel in the SCBT systems.The pilot-aided FZ sequences are proposed to improve the accuracy of channel estimation.The simulation results confirm that the proposed method is effective on the channel estimation accuracy in the SCBT-FDE cooperative diversity systems.
