Construct the Coordination of Urban-Rural Basic Medical Insurance in Liaoning Province

It has become focus of civics and governments at all levels to accelerate the reform and development of the medical and health to ease the off-site medical treatment's pressure, especially to construct the coordination of urban- rural basic medical insurance. The paper found some problems and difficulties on constructing the coordination of urban- rural basic medical insurance in Liaoning Province and gave the relative solutions based on analyzing the current situation of basic medical insurance in Liaoning Province.
