摘要

For the low efficiency of remaining heat recovery and the energy utilization of the large biogas engineering CHP(combined heat and power) system, plate heat exchanger was applied for recovering the remaining heat in micro biogas combined heat and power system. Firstly, some different types of heat exchangers were compared, then the plate heat exchanger was determined in the experiment system; Secondly, with the demand of the experiment, heat exchange characteristics of the plate exchanger were designed and computed; At last, the performance of the gas heat exchanger was researched. The results were that the plate heat exchanger used in the experiment could well recover the gas remaining heat in micro biogas combined heat and power system, the most heat value could get to 4.5kW, the highest exchanging efficiency may get to 95%.
