摘要

This article calculates and analyses the temperature insulation and economical efficiency of hot-water pipe made of rock wool. Combined with engineering practice, this article also analyses the quantity of heat loss changes with the variation of the insulation material thickness. The analysis shows that the heat loss will decrease with the increase of the outer layers,while the rate of decrease decreases, too. Taking into consideration the material cost, there exists an optimal insulation layer thickness. And according to MATLAB calculation, the correlation between the insulation function and economical efficiency in insulation layers were analysed.
