摘要

The predominance of device-to-device (D2D) communications is gaining growing interests recently, thanks to its ability in improving user experience and spectrum utilization. As an important supporting approach for D2D, wireless caching technology has unique advantages in reducing backhaul delay and alleviating network congestion. However, considering the selfishness and privacy attributes of the user equipment (UE), they may not always volunteer to cache data traffic. Therefore, it is of particular importance to design an incentive mechanism for proactive caching in D2D networks. Following this clue, in this paper, we analyze the problem of stimulating terminals to share their existing contents in the caching delivery phase. Specifically, we jointly consider the diversity of the data rate requirements of the content requester, the diversity of the willingness of the service provider as well as the matching between the two D2D entities, in order to maximize the utility of network operator (NWO). Thus, we propose a bilateral contract based incentive mechanism for D2D content sharing (BC-DCS) to solve the concerned optimization problem. Simulations show that the proposed scheme exhibits notable benefits in comparison to existing methods.
