Due to the fact that blood in the human body plays a crucial role for the flow of vital metabolic processes -the study of red blood cells is of great scientific and medical interest. This is due to the fact that the erythrocyte morphology has changes not only in hematological diseases, but also reflects the state of the organism as a whole. The paper proposed a technical solution that uses the method of holographic interferometry to obtain a three-dimensional image of human erythrocytes. The paper also suggests optimization of the formation of the reference and object beam of rays in the device, which significantly improved its technical and economic characteristics.
