Retail has now become a new need for people to meet their needs and lifestyles and take part in the national economy. However, the existing market potential brings challenges to the retail industry in Indonesia so it needs to be done an appropriate site selection that can provide a stable profit for its business actors. For this reason, a spatial analysis was carried out using hexagon geometric figures to determine the best area representing the density of POIs in South Jakarta, and then the best location for retail would be sought. Then, we will try to evaluate shops that are retail samples to do an analysis for new store locations that have the same characteristics as existing stores and provide a high profit. This analysis can be done to determine a good store location if a relocation or opening a new store is carried out.
