In recent years, with the rapid development of measurement technology, people have higher requirements on the speed and efficiency of measurement. The integrated control system of virtual instrument can greatly improve the speed and accuracy of testing, at the same time, it can collect large data in real time, has good repeatability and expansibility, and also beautiful and simple operation interface. In this paper, the author uses LabVIEW application software as the development platform, and a variety of test instrument integrated control to form a fully automated measurement system. Hardware devices include electronic load, multimeter and power analyzer. They communicate with LabVIEW of host computer through different connection modes such as RS232 serial port and call DLL. The measurement data obtained from the experiment were stored in the MySQL database through LabVIEW, and the Excel table was exported to generate the printed report. The establishment of this test system greatly improves the testing efficiency of the laboratory, and at the same time improves the real-time and accuracy of measurement data, saves a lot of time and manpower, and has a good application value.
