The Optimization Countermeasures of Civil Case Management from the Perspective of Judicial Big Data

Affected by the Western "new public management movement", Chinese judicial organs have begun to actively explore systems such as performance evaluation and case quality evaluation. After years of exploration, China's case management evaluation system has made significant progress in strengthening judicial management and optimizing judicial quality, but it also highlights many disadvantages, such as value weightless, effects diminishing, structural tension, and excessive quantitative methods. The reform of China's case quality evaluation system should be based on judicial big data, combined with the actual situation in the country, using weight formulas and re-assessment of evaluation indicators, and establish "incentive compatibility" optimization countermeasures under the established policy framework.
