摘要

In this paper, a digital to resolver converter for the servo system is designed based on SDC2702 modules with the combination of coarse and fine channels. After the design of hardware circuits, the two SDC modules are coordinated and controlled through the software design. The first-and-last quartile method is applied for controlling and processing lead errors and critical errors occurring in the system, combining digital shaft angles of coarse-fine channels and processing the corresponding relationship between the digital shaft angle and the mechanical rotation angle so as to realize the high accuracy conversion of the servo system.
