Construction of College Pairing Support System Based on the PDCA Model

The in-depth promotion of college students' pairing support is an essential measure to promote the life and work of college students with living difficulties and the key to breaking through the dilemma of college graduates. Based on the PDCA model, an in-depth study is conducted on the current status of the difficult college students in a specific city and the causes of the existing problems. By establishing a pairing support system, the internal mechanism of the pairing support system is analyzed to improve the lives of the students. Combined with the actual situation of the city, the information coordination implementation strategies such as team building and resource optimization are proposed to promote the establishment of a pairing and helping life support system.
