摘要

ZrAlNbN-coatings with gradient concentration of aluminum over the thickness were developed and synthesized by vacuum-arc plasma-assisted deposition method. Their structure, phase and elemental composition, mechanical and tribological properties were investigated by a modern methods of materials science. The coatings are gradient on the composition (12-20 at.%Al); they have multiphase and multi-layered structure, high wear resistance.
