In view of the issue of evaluating the reader training effect at university libraries, how to improve the utilization rate of the resources and services from the university libraries has become an important issue for the library managers at present. In this paper, the information exchange model is used to analyze the nonlinear characteristic indicator that affects the evaluation of the reader training effect at the university libraries. Through the evaluation of the training effect of the readers, the innovative strategies for reader training at the university libraries are explored. The training of readers is an important service that the university libraries are constantly striving for. Only by carrying out reader training properly can we improve the utilization of the library resources and services.
