摘要

According to the propagation characteristics of abnormal events in the chemical production process, a kind of timed Petri net model, which is suitable for describing the propagation of abnormal events. It is studied by correlating the time factors with the changes of fuzzy Petri nets. According to the characteristics of the batch process described in the chemical process, it is regarded as a continuous process which can be segmented, and the extended Petri net is used to supervise its characteristic state to realize the monitoring of the important information in the production process. Finally, taking the resin production process of the experimental device as an example, the design process of the supervisor is described in detail. The stateflow module of Simulink is used to realize the simulation of timed Petri net, which expands the idea of simplifying the development of Petri net modeling and simulation tools. Through the simulation results of the production process under various working conditions, the effectiveness of the characteristic state monitor is proved.
