Effects of Worker Fatigue on Assembly Line Balancing

摘要

This paper mainly explores the factors of worker fatigue in production site, gives the relevant definition of worker fatigue, and based which, analyzes the measurement method of work fatigue, and establishes the mathematical model of fatigue. Through the analysis of real world production cases, it is concluded that the production scheduling of workers under different fatigue states is dynamic, which further illustrates the influence of job fatigue on assembly line balancing.
