摘要

Slope monitoring is an effective way to prevent engineering accidents. Although existing methods have the strength of high accuracy, the time-consuming and high-cost problems are also accompanied. For some preliminary measurements of slope detection with lower accuracy requirements, existing detection methods are expensive. Therefore, a low-cost slope monitoring method based on wireless image transmission technology is proposed in this paper. This method combines GPRS technology with image compression technology which has the advantages of low cost and not being restricted by terrain conditions. Also, the site condition of the slope project can be accurately reflected by the image transmitted to the terminal.
