To tackle problems of low coupling between knowledge organization and business process, and difficulty in balancing the efficiency and accuracy of knowledge retrieval, this paper proposes a situation knowledge service model based on ontology technology. Firstly, the situation ontology is encapsulated into business process-oriented knowledge nodes to meet operational command business requirements; then, knowledge nodes are organized into knowledge trees according to business flow by using directed acyclic graph; finally, a knowledge retrieval strategy is designed to gradually lock the target knowledge resources from two dimensions of semantic relationship and business logic. Through the performance analysis, it is found that the model in this paper can quickly and accurately retrieve the required knowledge resources in the situation knowledge sharing scenario, with high practical values.
机译:针对知识组织与业务流程耦合性差,知识检索效率与准确性难以平衡的问题,提出了一种基于本体技术的情境知识服务模型。首先,将情境本体封装到面向业务流程的知识节点中,以满足操作命令业务需求;然后,使用有向无环图根据业务流将知识节点组织成知识树。最后,设计了一种知识检索策略,从语义关系和业务逻辑两个维度逐步锁定目标知识资源。通过性能分析,发现该模型可以快速,准确地检索情境知识共享场景中所需的知识资源,具有较高的实用价值。
