Criteria to locate lithium batteries within buildings. A case study

A set of requirements to consider in the process of locating lithium batteries is proposed. Scientific studies that explain the influence of environmental variables on batteries, manufacturer recommendations and international technical standards are considered for the definition of the requirements. The resulting set of criteria is presented as a PDS including desired value, priority and weight for each specification. Finally, the best location for a battery in a case study is explained.
