摘要

This paper presents the comparison of kinetic characteristics and optimal power requirements of the electric bicycle using semi-automatic transmission between simulation’ outputs and previous experiments result. This simulation was conducted to investigate the distance, speed as well as power required of the electric bicycle applying the input parameters of gear-speed (varying from 1 to 9) and slope ratio of 0, 0.52, 0.69, 0.87, 1.05% respectively, to the AVL Cruise software. In addition, the PID method was also adopted to improve the speed performance of the electric bicycle. From the achieved simulation results, semiautomatic transmission application on electric bicycle can be suggested to add the initial condition to optimize the required power conditions of the aforementioned electric bicycle.
