摘要

One complete evaluation system of business model of smart grid value-added service has been proposed in this paper. For the first time, the DAE-TOPSIS method and the computational analysis model are applied to the evaluation field of the smart grid value-added service and its business model. Firstly, the 3-level index evaluation system of business model of smart grid value-added service is built on the basis of BSC theory and corporate ecology theory; secondly, the weights of evaluation indexes at all levels are determined in a way that combines AHP method and entropy weight method; thirdly, the initial values of quantitative and qualitative indexes are acquired according to the actual data and Delphi method. On the basis of above, the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the business model of smart grid value-added service; finally, the effectiveness of the scheme proposed in this paper is verified through comprehensive evaluation and analysis on actual electric vehicle charging and switching business model and vehicle networking platform business model in the business areas that have been or are about to be carried out. The evaluation system of the smart grid value-added service business model established in this paper provides strong support for the decision-making of power enterprises that develop smart grid business and the construction of smart grid and plays a significant role in guiding its healthy development.
