The paper considers the problem of restoration at each point between the given well system (inclined line) of periodic table elements of finite sets or their linear density compounds at the given depth. The restrictions are imposed by n-selected elements or their compounds. Method for the construction of interlineation operator of matrix functions is proposed, each component of which depends on three variables on the system of curves, coinciding with approximate matrix function at all points at the given depth and makes the calculation of this matrix function value possible at each point between the wells.
