摘要

In this paper, through researching principles for the bonded PZT drive and analyzing the second class of piezoelectric force - electric couple, a model along the length of PZT-driven model to the mechanical vibration was established based on continuum dynamics. The interaction between the PZT and the structure of the bonding layer was the key factor during investigation. Followed by construction of the model, it was subject to a calculation example for evaluating its feasibility and advantages. Under the harmonic effect of the alternating voltage, the Time Chart of the transfer shear, the shear stress distribution, and other related results regarding to the adhesive layer were obtained. Moreover, the effect of physical properties and the layer thickness on the PZT driving force was determined.
