Glass bottles with buckles are widely used in the storage of freshly squeezed juices, beverages, and other fresh-keeping items. At present, a large number of manual operations are used in the glass bottle buckle operation process, which has the disadvantages of low production efficiency and high labor costs. There is no finished automated equipment to complete the specific process operation of the glass bottle clip ring. This paper designs a semi-automatic glass bottle snap-on assembler based on Siemens touch screen and PLC S7-200. This control system takes full advantage of the stability and reliability of PLC, friendly and flexible touch screen, and good compatibility between the two. The entire control system uses PLC as the core control device to control the normal operation of the buckle device. The S7-200 series CPU ST60 is used as the master station of the communication network, the touch screen is used as the slave station of the communication network, and the system uses the touch screen as the human-machine interaction interface. The frequency converter adjusts the speed of the cam reducer and controls the rotation speed of the turntable. The system automatically realizes the loading and unloading process by rotating the cylinder, the telescopic cylinder, and the starting jaw.
