In this paper, the secondary users(SUs) in a cognitive radio utilizing the power allocation of Nonorthogonal multiple access is analyzed. In the proposed model, the interference of SUs is limited by using the threshold interference power primary users(PUs) receiver can withstand. The outage probability of the proposed model is calculated and simulated taking threshold power into consideration. The outage probability simulated and analyzed results are compared for different users for different parameters.
