In modern technology, telemedicine applications are attaining an immense growth in terms of enabling treatment with the physical availability of both the patients and the practitioner. In future, hospitals may support patients in the direction of caring from home. OFDM is a prevalent method for transmitting wireless data at high speed. Many researchers focus to design a MIMO-OFDM based communication system, but those are not suitable for low power applications. Since MIMO utilizes massive hardware resources, the lifetime of a battery is drained quickly, on the other hand, OFDM has utilized high peak-to-average ratio (PAPR) of the signal transmitted. This paper describes the rectangular frequency division of a multi-output telemedicine system using MIMO-OFDM. Multi-path delay processor (R2MDC) and Radix-2 algorithm architecture are utilized. The proposed system is simulated using Xilinx Tools 14.1 and also uses MATLAB and the performance is compared to the existing technology systems.
