In this paper, a configuration of Microstrip fed Corrugated Substrate Integrated Waveguides (SIWs) longitudinal slots Antenna is studied and designed. The Microstrip to CSIW transition is designed to eliminate wave degradation due to impedance mismatch and used for antenna operation. The substrate-integrated waveguide (SIW) technology allows constructing planar microstrip antennas with good radiation efficiency for 5G and mm-wave applications. For the radiation purpose, the longitudinal slots are designed on the upper layer of the CSIW to achieve good radiation characteristics by interrupting the current flow in a longitudinal direction. The proposed antenna works in the 77 GHz frequency band with a minimum gain of 9 dBi in the desired direction. The results are simulated and analyzed using software tool Ansys High-Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) version 17.2.
