摘要

The machinery currently used in greenhouse cultivation are mainly hand-held tiny cultivators which need combustion of diesel or petrol to power. There are many problems: inconvenient operation and security risks, operating personnel labor intensity, serious pollution. The tiny remotely controlled electric crawler cultivator for greenhouses wes designed based on the above problems. The main structure and working principle of the cultivator are firstly introduced. Then, the design of the powertrain system is described. The main conclusions are obtained through the comparison with the working parameters of the common cultivator and the common tractor in greenhouses. The comparison results show that the machine has advantages of high efficiency and low cost, which is suitable for the operational requirements of the special environment of greenhouses and sheds.
