摘要

In order to improve the stability and reliability of the stepper motor under high speed and heavy load, a DC PWM drive chip is proposed to implement a high current drive stepper motor control system. Based on stepping motor torque-speed curve and the relationship between angular acceleration and angular velocity curve, the acceleration and deceleration curves without flexible impact were constructed using MATLAB simulation technology. Meanwhile, the improvement of the control scheme of the stepping motor and the control list of optimized iterative algorithm were given. Results showed that, compared with the traditional driving scheme, the exponent acceleration and deceleration curves optimized by MATLAB simulation technology played a fuller role on the performance of the motor, so it could realize rapid, stable and reliable operation of the system.
