摘要

During the operation and maintenance of a 300MW subcritical drum furnace in a power plant, the corrosion protection level was found to be poor, the deposition rate of water-cooled wall was very high. The deposition of water-cooled wall tube and economizer tube was analyzed by electron microscope and energy spectrum, the reason of high deposition rate of water-cooled wall was analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
