Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics (Na_0.48K_0.52)_0.96Li_0.04(Nb_0.86Ta_0.08Sb_0.06)O_3 (NKLNTS) with poly-crystalline phase transition (PPT) structure were prepared by solid-phase sintering. The effects of sintering temperature on phase structure, microstructure, density and electrical proper-ties of ceramics were investigated. The results show that a single perovskite structure is formed when the samples sintering from 1020°C to 1100°C. Samples prepared at 1080°C exhibit excel-lent electrical properties, kp =0.358,d_33=306 pC/N; Compared with pure KNN ceramics, T_o-t and T_c of NKLNTS ceramics move in the direction of low temperature. T_o-t and T_c are 41°C and 342°C.
