Quality analysis and traceability of electric porcelain products

At present, there are some quality management problems in electric porcelain enterprises. First, the quality data collected by electric porcelain enterprises are not timely and complete. Second, the quality data utilization rate is not high, just for the use of reports. Third, a complete quality traceability system has not been established. In order to ensure the quality of products, a method of analyzing and tracing the quality of electric porcelain products is put forward. Through this method, we can make full use of the collected quality data for data analysis, and use the quality traceability method to trace the source of quality problems in any link of the product. A set of quality analysis and traceability system for electric porcelain products is developed, in which the quality information collected in the production process of electric porcelain is stored. Practice has proved that the quality analysis and traceability method proposed in this paper can collect quality data in time, make data analysis according to the needs of electric porcelain enterprises, and find the quality problems of products in production in time, effectively improving the economic benefits of electric porcelain enterprises.
