Irregular terrain, such as mountains and valleys, has a great influence on the radiation performance of short-wave antenna. Moreover, it's very difficult to predict the impact of mountains on antenna radiation because of the large range of terrain and variety of terrain conditions. As one of the accurate methods of electromagnetic calculation, the Higher-Order Moment of Method can be used to describe the electromagnetic flow distribution by using higher order polynomial function as the basis function, which can greatly reduce the number of unknowns and the size of the matrix. Therefore, it can be well applied to the electromagnetic characteristics analysis of electrically large objects. In this paper, the real terrain is modeled and simulated by using the High-Order Moment of Method(HO-MoM).
