摘要

Wind turbines are one of the rapidly emerging technologies in this era for power generation and maintenance intrusion is essential in order to reduce the losses. The maintenance in wind turbines is performed on the scheduled basis, which is unnecessary, in some cases, the fault may occur before the maintenance is performed or sudden failures in system elements cause the disruptions in operation consequently, huge loss of wind energy. In this paper, a predictive maintenance strategy is proposed in which fault with characteristics-frequency method has been simulated to sense key breakdown of WTGs.
