Customers reaction on any product launched by a company is very important for success of the product, the sales of the product and the company's profit. This paper proposes a method in which these customer's reactions are analyzed by processing their facial expressions and comments on a particular product. When a product is launched, real-time detection of face and tracking of customer facial expression are done through cameras and their comments are recorded. By analyzing the recorded facial expressions and comments, their emotional reaction related to a particular product can be found. This method acts as an alarm for the sellers as they can make changes in the product and their marketing and business strategies according to the results of the analysis.
