Putting The Internet of Things to Work to: Optimize Maintenance, Lower Operating Expense and Extend Asset Life

When the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) found themselves struggling to keep up with the growing demands of cleaning more than 200 sites on a monthly basis to help prevent SSOs, they turned to monitoring technology for a solution. The results have been not only lower cleaning costs while preventing SSOs; they are also getting longer life out of their pipeline assets.
