Superparamagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles Functionalized with Aggregation-Induced Emission Materials for Dual-Modal Fluorescence/MRI Imaging

摘要

Dual-modal fluorescence/MRI imaging probe (PEG-PE1-TPE/SPIO) was developed by coupling PEG-PEI-TPE to PAA-coated SPIO. It exhibits excellent fluorescence intensity and stability. It was a promising candidate for disease diagnosis.
