The scaffold with collagen-coated aligned topological cues were proposed to induce cell elongation and uniaxial arrangement. The uniaxial stretching condition, 80% strain, was chosen for reasonable aligned arrangement. Furthermore, the enhanced cell elongation and alignment was obtained by aligned topological cues and biochemical cues from collagen coating. Here, we propose a potential of collagen-coated aligned microfibrous bundle scaffold as a regenerative platform for muscle regeneration.
