摘要

NHC formulation was able to be loaded with hMSCs and attachment of cells was verified. Over time, hMSCs can proliferate on while proliferating cells were able to penetrate the core of the particles. By increasing the surface area of hMSCs to interact with the microparticle NHCs, the hMSC-NHC combination can be used as an injectable material to improve rate of soft-tissue remodeling. Microparticles loaded with hMSCs can promote ECM deposition locally and rate of host tissue ingrowth into injected volume.
