摘要

Thermal and pH sensitive hydrogel nanoparticles camouflaged with platelet membrane suitable for intravenous injection were developed to deliver MMP-2 inhibitor CTT. The multifunctional nanoparticles drug delivery system exhibited good targeting abilities, long retention time in vivo, and accelerated revascularization and tissue regeneration in the ischemic limb.
