摘要

The two scaffold samples have sufficient strength and elasticity compared to natural skeletal muscle tissue. These highly porous structures along with their unique auxetic properties are expected to support and enhance the in-vitro regeneration of facial skeletal muscle in a dynamic bioreactor. Further biological evaluation of the two scaffolds will establish the cell behavior such as cell attachment and metabolic activity.
