Low-complexity dual-stage soft failure detection by exploiting digital spectrum information

We propose a novel digital spectrum feature extraction method and demonstrate its effectiveness. Dual-stage soft failure detection structure is employed to reduce the overheads for monitoring and detection. False positive rate of 0.14% and false negative rate of 1.41% are realized.
