On a nondestructive exploration using a microwave radar, there are so many researches aiming an inspection of metallic buried object, whereas those of nonmetallic one such as a resin pipe are very few. Two kinds of high precise simultaneous estimation methods for a microwave propagation time and a reflection phase change value based on the Time-Frequency analysis have been proposed in our previous researches, and they have allowed for a nonmetallic object survey. In this report, an adequacy verification of reflection phase change values derived from the proposed Time-Frequency analysis based methods have been focused. Experimental reflection phase change values estimated by the proposed methods has been compared to theoretical ones which can be computed based on an optical principle. Besides, a feasibility verification for a material discrimination of buried objects and an adequacy verification of implicit reflection phase change values have been conducted.
