Aiming at the problem of radar interception and beam introduction in the initial stage of launch of a rotating surface-to-air missile, a low-cost strapdown inertial navigation device is proposed to replace the interception radar. This method makes full use of the characteristics of surface-to-air missile rotation, modulates the measurement signal of strapdown inertial navigation device by the rotation of missile body itself, realizes automatic compensation for errors such as drift, bias, cross-coupling of channels, installation deviation and so on, and improves navigation accuracy. The simulation results show that the rotation modulation of the missile body can significantly suppress the influence of the above errors on the navigation accuracy, and has the ability to replace the interception radar to complete the initial interception and beam introduction.
