摘要

Advanced manufacturing extends the scope of new challenges in validation of the Internet of Things (IoT) embedded systems that control the manufacturing cells. The paper presents some approaches of self-testing oriented to keep the IoT systems in predictable stable state. The key technology of the discussed self-testing is simulation of the basic functions. The simulator generates some stimuli and compares the responses with some etalon or simulated results.
