Design of Automatic Uniform Feeding Control System Based on TIA Configuration Software

Based on the automatic uniform feeding control system of Zibo Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., this paper designs and develops a real-time monitoring system of uniform feeding upper computer based on TIA portal configuration software. The function, principle, hardware composition and software design of the whole control system are introduced in detail. Combined with Siemens PLC, the weight, valve switch or opening and feeding speed of nine metering tanks are monitored in real time, and the uniform feeding speed of nine metering tanks is realized. Details of each feed are stored in the database of SQL Server 2005. Finally, the database query software is compiled with C # to generate electronic reports that can be queried according to conditions.
