Development of a 24 GHz Front-End and first test measurements for Breathing and Heartbeat Monitoring inside a Cot

摘要

This paper presents the development of a 24GHz radar front-end for monitoring babyies and newborn inside a cot. The signal processing used is a straight forward approach to simply verify the functionality of the hardware system. First test measurements are shown.
