摘要

Electromagnetic field, generated by conductors under load, plays an important role in electrical power engineering. Such a field can induce voltage on surrounding conductive structure. This effect is especially significant in a case, where there is a long parallel conductor next to the existing power line. Electromagnetically induced voltage in parallel structures can be investigated by software modelling. EMTP-ATP is a software, which is widely used for electromagnetic transient simulations. In this paper, EMTP-ATP model was used for verification of a simple physical model of two parallel conductors.
