The development of rail vehicles has brought progress to the transportation industry. Vehicle lighting systems are an important part of rail vehicle technology. LED is a new type of lighting equipment. Compared with traditional fluorescent lamps, LED is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. However, the rail vehicle LED can not be effectively utilized. Therefore, in this article, an adaptive pulse current control dimming means based on PWM pulse width modulation is puted forward to control the LED. Firstly, the LED illumination model is derived, and then the incremental PID controller is established. The equation, combined with the neural network, forms a single neuron adaptive PID for pulsed flow control, and the experimental results are obtained.
